Sansa actually still has a wait period on her. O.O She's not free to be stolen until Fall. I don't think we ever discussed whether the automatic steals can override that...?

See, for some reason I thought that it was in Spring so should be over in Summer (like since it changed seasons) but yeah, thats totally my bad.

WICKED♪ ♫ can we void the steal and say that the automatic steal was returned? Whipster, I'll start a battle thread instead, if that's okay with you.

In my opinion they should because the person is paying, and so the circumstances are different, in the same way that someone can immediately challenge for their return.

I don't think it's ever been discussed, no :/ On this occasion I'm partial to both sides - on the one hand, we have the wait period so that there can actually be some posts/activity between the stolen character and the stealer, as well as to avoid whiplash with the character being stolen twice in a short period of time… but on the other hand, the Automatic Steal is a purchase and the rper would have spent hard earned gems on it and so perhaps deserves to override??

oh, duh, i forgot to add abt that. I think this is something we should have a separate staff thread to discuss. BUT even if we decide that, I would rather void it, because I feel funny about changing it after I technically used it (and it wasn't decided). Is that okay?
